Il cedimento di un muro, di un plinto o di qualsiasi tipo di costruzione, spesso preannunciato da lesioni o fessurazioni, dipende dal peggioramento delle caratteristiche geomeccaniche del terreno di fondazione. The sagging of a wall, plinth or other type of construction is caused by the deterioration of the geo-mechanical properties of the foundations. One way to prevent such problems is to improve the properties of the terrain so as to enhance its load-bearing capacity and make it safer.
Un metodo brevettato
Per consolidare il terreno Uretek propone il metodo Uretek Deep Injections®, sistema coperto da brevetto europeo, che consiste nell’ iniettare la speciale resina espandente Uretek Geoplus® nella zona in cui si manifestano maggiormente i cedimenti. La resina, inizialmente allo stato liquido, viene iniettata attraverso fori di circa 20 mm di diametro praticati
direttamente nelle fondazioni o nelle vicinanze e quasi istantaneamente si espande dirigendosi nelle zone di minore resistenza. Una volta addensato e compresso il terreno circostante, l’espansione della resina provoca un inizio di sollevamento della struttura soprastante, segno dell’avvenuto consolidamento. Con questo tecnologico sistema sono eliminati i consueti, lunghi e dispendiosi interventi di muratura e si ottiene un risultato sicuro, stabile e duraturo.
A patended method
Uretek proposes the Uretek Deep Injections® method for terrain consolidation. The system has a European patent and involves injecting the special expansion resin, Uretek Geoplus®, where there is the greatest amount of sagging.
The resin, initially liquid, is injected through holes 20mm in diameter directly into the foundations; it expands almost immediately and fills the areas of least resistance. Once the surrounding terrain has been consolidated and compressed, the expansion of the resin causes the overlying structure to rise. Using this technological system, long and expensive walling operations are eliminated, and the result is safe, stable and long-lasting.
Un intervento preventivo
Il metodo Uretek Deep Injections® si presenta come soluzione ideale anche in tutti i quei casi in cui, come nelle ristrutturazioni, è richiesto un incremento della portanza del terreno nonostante non si siano ancora verificati cedimenti o lesioni.
